Agreed Judgement on credit card debt

What impact does signing an Agreed Judgment have? I always thought Judgement against you were ''bad'' things.

Judgments against you are a 'bad' thing. If the Agreed Judgment compromises and settles the debt in a way that benefits you as wellas the company, then you might be better off than if you took the case to trial. It depends upon the terms of the judgment.
