Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Agreed on paper to take over payments of a van. Was 14 days late on payment and original owner told finc company to pick up van. What can I do? I have copies of payments I made to finc company and written agreement with orig owner to take over vehicle / payments. Finc company was aware of what was happening.

Sad way to learn BUT even if u were original purchaser and ONE day late, the finance company can pick it up. What the seller did by calling finance did not damage u..but the late payment did. Only remedy is to obtain financing elsewhere or negotiate..good luck
