Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Hello,

My name is Amy Shorter and I was wondering how I should approach a debt collection company about moneys owed? I do not believe I was treated fairly, I do not believe I owe them anything. The University of Phoenix is who I supposedly owe. Can you please help me?
