Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I've been asked by a collection agent to file for an order setting hearing for a summary judgment.

I paid on this account for several years beginning in 1999 and do not feel that I owe any more.

I have no property,I am married, my spouse does not work,and I make less than $30K per year.

Is there a lawsuit pending?

Stop talking to the collection agency. Hang up on them. Don't answer their letters. Don't argue with them, don't give them explanations, JUST STOP COMMUNICATING WITH THEM.
