Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Auto finance

I am still getting calls from my auto finance company regarding a late payment that was already made. The company provided me with a confirmation number, and sent me a confirmation e mail on the day the payment was made. I am still getting collection calls. What can I do to stop the calls?

Write to them, certified mail, telling them that you've already paid, show them the confirmation number and a print-out of the confirmation email.
