Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My wife and I had/have a automobile financed through a fly by night company. We recently traded the vehicle in on a newer vehical. They are aware of this. The current payment was pass due aproximatly 10 days at the time of the purchase. The company continues to call and harass my wife at work Knowing she cant talk at the time. She has repedetly told them to contact me and given them my cell phone #. They wont call me because they know I wont put up with any crap and dont care who is standing around. Is there anything I can do to stop the harrasing phone calls to my wife?

I don't understand your question. If you traded in the car, then the outstanding note was paid off. Where is the problem? You can write to them and advise them to communicate with you only in writing. Send it CMRRR.
