Auto repossession

The Repo guy at 5:30 in the morning,drug my front wheel drive car out of the driveway tires screeching and around the block. which of course woke me up the damage to the tires, CV Joints and possible the transmission. Who is responsible for the repairs to the car should I get it back.

Any damage to your car would be the responsibility of the repo guy, the outfit he works for, and the party that ordered the repo.
