Auto-truck
If an ex-boyfriend and I had a truck in both our names but we have gone our separate ways, how do I get the truck out of my name? He is making late payments and ruining my credit. He is also getting married. Please help!

You can't get it out of your name. That's why they got you to sign the contract. You could get the vehicle, sell it and pay off the contract. Better get a lawyer.
