Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Bad Credit Loophole
I have have heard from a few people that there is a way to re-route your credit if it is bad. Kind of like, you are erasing all the credit that you had and starting all over... They called it a ''loophole'' in the system?! Do you need to get an attorney to help you do this? how does it work? And what is that loophole? Thank you.

Re: Bad Credit Loophole
The "loophole" usually requires either changing a Social Security Number, or getting an Employer Identification Number for new credit. There are one or two other methods. The problem is that all of them are illegal, perpetrating a fraud on your creditors.
If caught you'll definitely need a lawyer. And criminal defense lawyers are very expensive.
