Bank auto debit

Are there any legal reasons a bank can legally debit money from a personal checking account? Defaulted on auto loan financed through the same bank and bank deducted amount from account without my authorization and account now subject to NSF fees.

Probably because it was part of your loan agreement...change banks NOW
