Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Bank Garnishment Process

I'm doing a bank garnishment on a Texas bank. I've

received an anaswer to my writ of garnishment that there are funds. My question is, what is left to do? Do I have to initiate a judgment on the garnishment? How much time from the bank's answer do I have to do this? What else is left to do? Can I do it Pro Se? Any help would be greatly apprecieated...I can't seem to find the answers anywhere.

Re: Bank Garnishment Process

Call the bank's attorney, find out what the bank's fees are, and see if the attorney will draw up an agreed judgment if you explain the situation. Otherwise you'll have to get hold of a Texas form book for the proper form.
