Once in the Bank

Tx has no garnishment of Social Security Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Wages, etc. After I receive my wages and I put the money in my bank account, can it be garnished from the local bank.

Yes. Bank accounts may be garnished. If the funds in your account are from government benefits, even then they are exempt.
