Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Would bankruptcy help us, we have about $150,000 in debt? Can we keep our house that we are living in? Can we keep the rent houses that we have? We have one new car and 3 old cars that are payed for do we get to keep them? I also have a hospital bill for $16,000, how do we dill with this? I am sick and I will have to go to the doctor and the hospital so how do I dill with this?

you will keep house but mustmake payments, new car also..but may lose some old ones..so talk to us or any bankrupty atty to make plans..you have to take a creditcounelling course..etc..
