Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

a bill question

In 2005 i hired a firm to work on lowering my taxes. In 2006 my rep called and asked me if i wanted to do it again. I said yes. In 2007 I got a bill and never aksed for service. I got another communication from them in 2008 and i called and cancelled. The original agreement I signed said they would keep going until i terminated by letter. Apparently the lady who kept calling to make sure had left and that is why they did not call in 2007. Am I liable for this and can they charge me interest (as they are trying to do)?

They can do many things..but you don't owe it..and if sued, you must answer...
