Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Please help with Bill of Review

A collection agency was awarded a judgment against me, without ever notifying me of their intent. Their sworn statement that they ''notified'' me is false. The debt was defaulted on in 1999, wel over 4 years old. I am aware that I can fight this by filing a Bill of Review, and they should have been ''barred by limitations.'' My problem is that I don't know what steps to take or what forms to use to file this action, because I want to fight it quickly. What are my steps and what forms do I use?

Re: Please help with Bill of Review

you should hire a lawyer...and the law firm, the creditor could both be sanctioned..and owe you money...but Courts usually find you were notified etc...
