my wife fother passedaway Question, should i keep bills he owed cerrent until will gose to probate or let creators know he is gone and bills will be taken care of after jugement

You have no obligation to pay his bills. They are an obligation of his estate - if there is money to pay. If not, the old man timed his passing well. Good Luck.
