Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I borrowed my friend's brother $2000 dollars through my friend and now his brother came to my work place and decided to just take my paycheck without asking for my permission. Is that legal? Can I do anything about that if he continuously doing it? My boss is also his sister but does that give her the right to write my paycheck under his name without me knowing? What happened if she do it again?

no...call police or sue in justice of the peace court..and quit the job..if u can
