Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I was called and told that I had a lawsuit against my social number. And to show up at my nearst constables office for court. But I was never served any papers. Do I still have to go?

call the Court to confirm..and tell the Court..while you must be served, it could be something...and dont take a chance
