Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My car finance company tells me that I am 65 days delinquent. There website says that I am current and have an excellent credit rating with them. It shows 0 payments 30, 60, or 90 days past due. I talked to people there that tell me that they have given me economic deferment without my knowledge or signature. Some people say that I have only 1 payment more that 30 days old. I'm not sure what to do.

Make your next car payment by certified mail, and include a request for a full printout of the payments made, and how each payment was allocated. Compare it to your records to determine if you are in agreement with their records.
