got car financing for girlfriend two weeks ago

Got a car financed two weeks ago and let my girfriend have it she would make payments to me. She went back with her boyfriend. Everything is in my name- title, registration, loan- can I just have it taken from her? I want to take it back and sell it.

Yes; if you bought it, the car is legally yours, subject to the lienholder.
