Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Car note Question

We bought a truck about about 6 mos ago and we have made 5 payments. I have been ill and we have missed a payment however when we bought the truck,the dealership sent us the actual title showing no lean holder by mistake. We kept the title and have not said a word about it but since we have missed a payment they are threatening to come and get the vehicle. Can they do that? We hold the tilte but we do have a contract with them.

They can enforce the contract by repossession.
