Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Car repo'd and paid...

Our car was repo'd, but everything was paid in full and caught up...we were told by bank that they called the repo lot to return our vehicle, but they refused to schedule and appointment with us to return our vehicle. Is this illegal to keep our vehicle from us once everything has been released by the bank?

Yes, but bank is responsible for the acts of those it hires, so it is responsible. You have a legal case if it does not get resolved.
