do i have a case for small claims court?

if i agreed to use my credit to purchase a laptop for my then boyfriend, who agreed to pay for it, but stopped paying, do i have a chance or winning? i have proof of his agreement with bills with his name on them and statements that he has paid before.

You have a chance in Small Claims Court. Collection may be difficult but you have a good chance of getting judgment.
