Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
cash judgment
my brother is being persued by a creditor for a cash judgement that was made against my father's incorporated business, my father, my brother and a title company. The business is dissolved, the title company is out of busines and my father, the business owner, is now deceased. Can my brother legally be persued for this debt?

Re: cash judgment
Am not sure what you mean by 'pursued'. If it is a judgment then it can be pursued against assets of the company. If your brother did not provided a personal guaranty, and the judgment is solely obtained against the corporation, then he is not personally liable.
