Change of venu

I am seeking information concerning a change of venu from a county within my state to my current county residence. CAn I do this and if so, how do I request the change of venu.

Have been summoned for small claims court case in reguards to a dispute concerning a collateral cd being cashed in on a loan that was in my name. The loan was taken on behalf and bennefit of the of the cd holder.

This is a matter which must be done correctly or you lose. The best advice is to confer with a lawyer. If you don't want to do that, go to the lbrary and look of transfer of venue.

Get a lawyer as quickly as possible. Venue is a tricky proposition and if you do it wrong, you lose. You also have little time since the answer is due in Small Claims by the first Monday occuring ten days after you've been served with papers.
