Charges for the use of credit card

There is a statute in the Consumer Credit Code, art. 5069, prohibiting charging a fee for the use of a credit card in Texas but does that prohibition include giving a discount for the use of cash?

If you mean, is there some statutory prohibition precluding the allowance of a discount for cash, the answer is no.
