Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
If my check is being garnished can I arrange a payment plan? Does the company have to work something out or are they allowed to say no and keep garnishing me?

If u live in Texas they cannot garnish wages..but can garnish bank accounts if they know where you bank..so it would be wise not to have direct deposit, get cash..or get new bank account. If u do not live in Texas, other laws apply...good luck
