Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Civil Judgement Texas

I got a speeding ticket in Texas in Dec 2007 and was a college

student so I was broke and never paid it. Now my credit score

is saying I owe $3918 and there is a civil judgement. What is

the best course of action?

I just graduated and cannot really afford that. Is there a

statute of limitations on this? It is from a county court. If I go

to Texas, to visit family, can they arrest me?

Should I be worried that they will file it in FL where I am now?
