Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

my name is clark thurmond, for the past 2 years i have been enrolled in a debt manament program called greenshield financial. 3 months ago one nof the creditors brought suit against me, when i went to court i informed the attornet representing HSBC bank of nevada that i was in a management program, the case was reset for 3/22/10. my question is can some type of judgment by levied against my bank accounts, it is my understanding that the IRS can only do something like that.

wrong..any creditor with a judgment can garnish bank accounts IF they know where you bank..but did Greenshield claim they would stop lawsuits? if so, you may have a case..
