club dues
can a club ask for dues and/or send info to a collection agency if they didnt specify the actual cost of membership, they dont have my social security number and dont have any contract signed by me?

These kind of questions to lawyers are frustrating.Anyone can ask for anything...but what kind of "club" is it? how did you get involved?...if not owed, why worry?
