Co-buyer

I am a co-buyer on a lease with my now ex-boyfriend. He is refusing to finance the car to get my name off the loan, what legal action can i take?

Read your lease, and see if there are any provisions for termination. If you entered into a valid contract with the dealership, then you are stuck for the term of the lease, unless the contract provides a method for termination. There will probably be penalties. If he has abided by the terms of the contract, and your actions jeopardize the terms of the lease, he may have recourse against you.
