How to collect a contract debit

How do I go about collecting a balance do from a well known resturant firm that we had under contract which stated give 30 day notice. They did not and have never paid us. I have sent 2 certified letters giving them a balance due. Which I could have charged them for the balance of the year contract but did not do so. I'm a my ends wits and are tired of companies taking advantage of us. This is not the only company that owes us money.

Please help!!!!

Attorneys usually collect these types of debts for a percentage. If the amount doesn't meet the minimum requirements for an attorney in your area, you could try to collect on your own in the JP court. You have to dot all i's and cross all t's, and almost is not good enough. I have had to fix many errors to collect amounts attempted by persons not attorneys.
