Start at the court clerk's office and get a certified copy of the court's order. Second, ask them about an abstract of judgment. That gets filed in the County records and if anyone owes that person money, then they are suppose to pay the judgment off before distributing funds to that person: such as when they sell property. If you know the person has property then go to your local constable's office and ask them about a Writ of Execution (Constables may be able to seize property to pay the judgment). There are limitations and exemptions available to that person who owes money. You should contact an attorney for further details.
