Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Collection Agency

I am being harrassed by a creditor. i do owe the money. but they call me all the time and they say if i don't give them my bank account information and commit to high payments they will take legal action. can they really do antying to me? i live in texas and they are in florida.

They can get a Texas lawyer and sue you.
