Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

collection on debts

my wife filed for divorce a year ago and siezed over 200000 out of our bank accounts. she added her lover to the bank and stock accounts as a co signer or joint owner. she has been paying his credit card debts with the same money and bought him a car with it. in the interragatories she said she loaned him 17000 form this money. i would like to file a lien on the car and other physical property. it would nice to be able to reposses this car. my lawyer is noncommintel on this and i would like to find others idea.

Your lawyer knows more about this than we do. If she's using all the community money innappropriately, you eventually should be able to get some of it back through reimbursement when the decree is ordered by the court.
