can a collection co harrass my inlaws for my debt

i have a judgement that i am trying to settle and the collection co calls my 83 year old inlaws and tells them i am going to jail if they don,t pay it. I live in tx. thye live in ne.

classic case of unfair practice..give us more info and we would consider the case ie who is creditor, who is collector, names, addresses..emails etc..
