Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Someone keeps contacting me saying they are from a law firm notifying me if a suit against me. They finally gave me minimal info and has to do with a payday loan. I didn't receive a loan but did apply for a couple. They faxed me stuff to sign and provide credit card info for a settlement. It doesn't look legit. Its not even on letterhead. What should I do?

Without knowing the facts, it is hard to say..but most attorney will tell you cost of litigation and the danger you may have obligated yourself to pay if you applied/signed for others..
