Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

coprate bullies

I have been given a suit by a previous employer with very deep pockets. The whole suit revolves around a clerical error on thier part about a purchase I made through the company and they somehow keep producing paperwork with my signture I've never seen before.I have a lack of finacial resources and the formal education of the law and have been given a default judgement. This is wrong they never discussed this issue with me they just sued. Is there anything I can do.

Unfortunately you now need to file suit to set aside a default..and if what you say is true, you could be entitled to damages. Too bad you did not contact a lawyer when you were first notified of the lawsuit...but legal action is expensive and time consuming..
