Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Corporate Debt reported in individual's credit report
A corporate debt is being reported in my personal credit report. While I am the CEO of the company, the primary card holder on the account was open under the corporation number, not by ss#. I do not recall signing documents indicating I am personally reponsible. Help, this is killing my otherwise very good credit.

By certified mail, RRR, demand to see a copy of the original signed agreement. Also ask them to provide documentation establishing you, personally, as responsible for the debt.
