Cosigner on ex wife's car and she is not paying

What legal action can I take to get the car that my ex wife has that she is not paying for but I am the cosigner? They are going to repo the car and make me pay.

You will need to file a motion for contempt, motion for turnover and a TRO to include the Car finance co. This is going to cost you some money, but likely not as much as if the car finance co. repos the car. Attorneys fees might be assessed against your X, but that is not automatic.
