Cosigners rights on a car

I was wondering if I cosigned on a car for my boyfriend and we broke up and he quit paying for the car can I tke it from him since I am making the payments on it.

No. Your only right is to make sure the payments are made. You can sue your ex for the money you lay out, for whatever that's worth.
