Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
If a court case was placed on a dismissal docket and a dismissal hearing was held, but has now been placed on a docket call set for May. What does this mean? The fact that a dismissal hearing was held, does that mean it's been dismissed and if so, what does it mean to be placed on a docket call?

It means that the case wasn't dismissed, but was instead set for pre-trial.
