Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
If you are being taken to court, does this appear on your credit report?
I am being taken to court, but the case is now pending/extended because the law office has allowed me to pay the amount within 30 days, and I will pay it! Will this appear on my credit report that this law office has taken me to court. Also, will this alert other creditors I owe.

Possibly. Lawsuits are a matter of public record and the credit bureaus scan those records on a regular basis. It probably won't alert other creditors unless you owe so much that they keep an eye on you.
