Credit card abuse

Soon to be ''X' requested a divorce in 04/08. Didn't file until 12/08. Maxed out all credit cards. Do I have a legal avenue to take so she doesn't get away with this?

During the pendency of the divorce, you can request an uneven distribution of assets and debts, based upon the wasted assets, and effort to diminish the value of the marital estate.
