Credit Card arbitration

My daughter has an old credit card debt and has received a letter saying an arbitration is being filed. What are the consequences and wht should I do. Can I make payment arrangements?

The statute of limitations to sue on a debt in Texas is four years. You are advised to hire a consumer attorney who has experience defending these cases.
