A judgment is a judicial determination that you owe a certain sum of money to a particular entity. That also allows them to garnishee bank accounts, seize certain non-exempt property, and take other steps to try and collect upon the judgment.
Without knowing your particular financial circumstances, it's imposible to say what actions they may take against you.
