Credit card

Since his boss had horrible credit, he asked my dad to get a credit card ''for the job''. Now, the card is maxed out, he can't afford the monthly payments, and his boss only pays the card when he feels like it. My dad's credit is shot. What can he do??

Your dad needs to sue his boss. That will be a tricky situation.
