Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Credit card charged up

I recently went to a bar and spent about $70 there. They also took a photocopy of my drivers license. I left my card there by accident and in the morning and after I picked it up, I saw there was $200 charged on the card. Should I report the card as stolen for the night, or should I try and sue the bar.

Re: Credit card charged up

Notify the credit card company of what happened, and dispute the charges. The card company may require that you file charges.
