Credit card charges

My son useed his credit at a local bar and the card had been cancelled but the bar says they forced it thru..Now they are saying he needs to pay for the charges or they are going to lawyer and police...

Using a canceled credit card is about the same as writing a check on a closed account. Your son better pony up the money to cover his tab.
