Credit Card Civil Suit

Is it true that on credit card debt in a civil suit, all income can be frozen, ie. bank accounts, savings, saving bond? Can we be liable for attorney fees for plantiff, please expedite your reply!

It's all true, but you might have defenses if you check with an attorney.

Current wages cannot be garnisheed, but everything else you've listed may be reachable. You will be liable for plaintiff's attorney fees if they get a judgment against you.

You may have defenses against the lawsuit, but you may have to engage the services of an attorney to find out.
